五、如何辦理乳品進口商備案？
進口商應當于食品進口前向企業工商注冊所在地檢驗檢疫機構申請備案。進口商應當先通過國家質檢總局進口食品進出口商備案管理系統
填寫并提交備案申請表，提供收貨人名稱、地址、聯系人姓名、電話、境外生產企業名稱、地址、填表人姓名、電話以及承諾書等信息，并對所提供信息的真實性負責。

2、工商營業執照、組織機構代碼證書、法定代表人身份證明、對外貿易經營者備案登記表等的復印件并交驗正本；
3、企業食品安全管理制度:包括源頭保障、質量控制、產品追溯與召回、風險信息報告等質量安全管理制度，制定風險信息應急方案。
4、食品安全技術人員、管理人員、風險信息報告員、應急聯絡員的組織機構設置、部門職能和崗位職責； 請特別注意：食品安全技術人員應負責跟蹤收集相關的法律法規、食品安全國家標準等要求，審核企業進口乳品配料、標簽等信息，以確保企業進口的乳品符合中國食品安全國家標準和相關要求。
5、擬經營的食品種類、存放地點；
6、2年內曾從事食品進口、加工和銷售的，應當提供相關說明（食品品種、數量）；
7、自理報檢的，應當提供自理報檢單位備案登記證明書復印件并交驗正本。
