中國手機行業近年來快速發展，已然成為世界大的手機制造基地及重要市場。隨著中國制造走向國際化和全球化的趨勢，出口到各個國家的手機也越來越多，各國對手機的質量要求也不盡相同。其中出口到日本的手機企業，需要做哪些認證呢？
像手機這類通信電子產品出口日本，需要滿足日本的TELEC 和日本的JATE認證。JATE認證是檢驗手機是否滿足日本的電信通訊商業法的要求，與之對應的TELEC認證是檢驗手機是否滿足日本的電波法要求。

TELEC 認證

TELEC（Telecom Engineering Center）是日本針對無線產品的強制性認證，有些類似于國內的SRRC。根據《無線電法》要求，對的無線電設備進行型號核準（即技術法規符合性認證）。認證是強制性的，認證機構為MIC在無線電設備范圍認可的注冊機構。 (1) 技術型號規格表

JATE的測試與其他射頻測試不同，因為這項認證是需要信令（message log）來證明底層協議對錯，一般來說信令的交換來決定EUT是否能正常運行。
