2017年9月1日，印度工商部外貿總局(DGFT)對出口印度玩具在產品檢測認證方面發出了新的要求， 由原來的玩具產品只需滿足EN71/ASTM F963/ISO 1824/IS9873 檢測認證變更為產品需要在滿足IS9873-1/2/3/4/7/9 & IS15644的印度NABL認可的實驗室做檢測認證。 這樣意味著玩具產品出口印度在產品認證中需要送往印度當地實驗室做檢測認證。
