2014/33/EU是歐盟針對電梯安全的指令。本指令適用于在性建筑物和施工中使用的升降機，就本指令而言，“升降機”的旨意是指用于特定高度的一種設(shè)備，按預(yù)定用途運送：人員；人員和貨物；若載車容許時，貨物單運載。直梯安全部件（扶梯或人行道不屬于此指令）
電梯指令 2014/33/EU 規(guī)定了以下產(chǎn)品需要型式認(rèn)可列表如下：
1.限速器
2.緩沖器（蓄能型緩沖器；耗能性緩沖器）
3.安全鉗（瞬時式 (滾輪和楔塊)；漸進式）
4.層門門鎖裝置(轎門門鎖裝置和廳門門鎖裝置)
5.含有電子元件的安全回路
6.上行超速保護裝置（制動器）
7.電梯整梯
本指令不適用范圍：
1.國有或私人運輸人員的纜索鐵道車，包括電纜車
2.為和警察用為目的而設(shè)計和建造的升降機
3.礦山降機
4.劇院升降機
5.裝于交通工具上的升降機
6.連在機器上并且是用于進入車間的升降機
7.齒軌和齒輪載車
8.施工現(xiàn)場用于升降人員或升降人員與貨物的升降機
